The VIE will be located to the Sharaan Resort No 1 Project by Bouygues TP. It ambitious project is located in Al Ula, Saudi Arabia. This luxury resort is set within the Sharaan Nature Reserve, a region known for its stunning landscapes and ancient heritage. The project involves the construction of a high-end resort, including a hotel integrated into the unique rock formations of the area. The design emphasizes sustainability and minimal environmental impact, blending modern architecture with the natural surroundings. This project is part of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiative, aiming to boost tourism and showcase the cultural and natural beauty of the region.

Key responsibilities : Reporting into our Methods & Temporary Works Manager and working within the methods team, you will be responsible for supporting the team in the production of methods for Sharaan Resort No 1 Project in Al Ula, in Saudi Arabia :
Producing site installation plans taking into account Construction team needs, interface with stakeholders and environmental constraints.
Producing sequence drawings. High level sequence and detailed sequence to check whether the envisaged work sequence is workable and communicate efficiently with the construction team who decide on the work methods.
Producing temporary works drawings for construction based on the design/guidelines of the senior methods engineer and/or temporary works engineer (eg. Formwork, pad foundations, lifting plan,…).
Process Optimisation: Assist in designing and implementing improved construction methods and procedures to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. This may include developing work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and visual aids.
Taking off quantities from temporary and permanent design drawings
Problem Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues.
Perform technical analyses
Producing report and minutes
Satisfying CAD standards to ensure the required quality of drawings is achieved
To fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adhering to the
Company's Health & Safety Policy and Management Plans.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. Proactively identify and address potential safety hazards or risks associated with the processes under review.
To comply with all Company's Policies and Procedures.

Civil Engineering Degree or similar
Demonstrable experience of MS Packages such as Word and Excel
Attention to detail to create accurate drawings
An appreciation of BIM processes
A strong work ethic and an enthusiasm to learn and develop
Good communication skills including engaging with stakeholders
