Job Title “Telecom Project Manager “:
A project manager is a person who has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, designing, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing of a project.
Objective: -
1- To plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the E2E Managed Services project for both delivery and Maintenance.
2- 2- To work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and budget and direction is on schedule, as well as other department for support.
3- To assure that the project achieves the specific KPIs for managed services.
Roles & Essential Function: -
1- Preparation of Project operation procedure & follow up.
2- KPIs Monitoring & follow - up and issue) Daily - Weekly - Monthly) Reports for each KPI
3- Productivity Monitoring & Follow-up & issue reports on (Installation & Maintenance) for Both I&R & OSP for Fiber (FTTH)
4- Finding creative solutions to increase productivity, improve KPIs & reduce cost
5- Follow up on invoicing and clearing payments with STC
6- Coaching & training of the project team
7- Resources Planning Management (Manpower, Tools & Transportation).
8- Analysing, controlling, and minimizing risk & uncertainty.
9- Developing scheduling, estimating time & cost, documenting, monitoring & reporting progress, quality controlling & benefits realization.
10- Applying lessons learned, defining roles and responsibilities, leading project planning, tracking & performing risk management, applying best practices., promoting good working relationships and making things happen.
11- Managing all phases of project development to ensure user satisfaction, project continuity, internal consistency, and timely delivery of services.
12- Managing and coordinating with technical, and non-technical staff by establishing performance measures, goals, objectives, and priorities, providing direction & receiving feedback.
13- Managing relationships & follow up with Support Services Dept. and Sub-contractors to ensure equipment and services procured and installed meet requirements and specifications;
14- Evaluate overall & individual work performance to determine effectiveness in providing quality products within time and cost restraints;
15- Copper, HFO & EFO business sectors.
Qualification:
1- Bachelor's degree, Telecommunication & Electronic Engineering
2- PMP Certificate is plus.
3- Experience in the same field.
Skills:
1- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.
2- Customer & Cost Oriented.
3- Problem-solving and research skills.
4- Proactive & strategic thinking.
5- Good communication skills is a must.
6- Working under pressure.
7- Advanced English is plus.
