Position: QA/QC Engineer – Telecommunication & Controls Works Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia Project Scope: Fiber Pipeline Construction
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer for Telecommunication & Controls Works to ensure the quality and integrity of telecommunication systems within our fiber pipeline project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role demands a high level of expertise in communication technologies and quality control practices. Responsibilities:
Oversee the quality control processes for telecommunication and control systems installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of communication systems installations, including structured cabling, public address systems, security systems, and network configurations.
Collaborate with telecommunication engineers and project teams to address and resolve quality issues.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance certificates.
Ensure all telecommunication materials and components meet quality requirements and are properly certified.
Advise on best practices and improvements for telecommunication installations to enhance system reliability and performance.
Requirements:
Minimum of eight (8) years of construction experience, with at least five (5) years in quality control for telecommunication works.
Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of telecommunication systems and quality control methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex issues clearly and effectively.
Proficiency in the use of testing and diagnostic equipment for communication systems.
