About this opportunity
Responsible for control management aspects of Mobily-Ericsson projects from Customer Notification till closing with the Invoicing Team.
What you will do
Supportive for Track projects’ progress (KPI)-verify track sheets on the platforms (Erisite & SQL) updated according to the Baseline.
Lead & verify all (Site Delivery Notes (HO4), dismantled materials (FATA), serialized and tagged, Ready for Services, Professional Acceptance, Final Acceptance Certificate), submit them over Mobily’s NAS System, and follow up for final approvals.
Lead financial team in preparing Proforma Invoice.
Supportive for Weekly sharing Projects’ Capitalization reports reviewing up-to-date project status, delays, blocking issues, corrections, technical gap analysis.
Liaising with all involved parties regarding project information, control aspects, timelines, financials, risks
Customer interface via daily follow up with NAS Approval and issue Letters from PCO team.
Knowledge of working with Mobily Tools & ways of working
Update Erisite on daily basis for assigned milestones.

What will you bring
An Engineering certificate / Telecom / Electrical Engineering / Telecom background is plus .
Control management skills: Examine data, track performance, control tasks, administrative communication, reporting, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, create itineraries, result-oriented.
Knows how to communicate well in English & Arabic.
Familiar with all GSM documentations in all technologies (SAF/SCF/ TSSR/TND design /AAR/EIR/WH FATA/asset records/PPT/SRR/FDED/HO5/H11)
Delivering results & meeting Project expectations
Following processes, procedures, and instructions
Deciding and initiating action.
knowledgeable in the work area of responsibility
Dependent on work area typical experience from working as coordinator between different teams and customer.
Awareness of all EHS statutory requirements
Recommend improvement plan for all stakeholders.
Update Erisite on daily basis for assigned milestones.
