We are seeking a Talent (Recruiting) Coordinator to join our new office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be handling everything from scheduling interviews, to tracking candidate data, to ensuring that candidates have an amazing experience. You thrive at getting things done in a fast-moving and chaotic environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and arrange all candidate interviews. As well as book any travel for any non-local candidates
Manage candidates in Workable (applicant tracking system)
Champion and own the candidate experience for every candidate from start to finish
Coordinate complex interview schedules across global time zones with multiple participants
Working in collaboration with Talent Partners (recruiters) to align candidate experience and facilitate the process (interviews, offers, background checks)
Partner with senior stakeholders across the Mirai team
Assist the Talent Acquisition team in tracking metrics and reporting
Propose and implement ongoing improvements to internal recruitment processes by working closely with the team to continue refining our talent strategy process
Requirements
English proficiency (B2 level or above) – spoken and written.
Extensive/High-volume scheduling experience
Recruitment coordination experience
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking system or CRM
Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute
Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in a demanding and high-performing work environment
Strong collaboration, written and verbal communication skills
