ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES – SR. PROCUREMENT ENGINEER
Procurement Engineer
Pay: ﷼5,050.00 - ﷼6,050.00 per month
Procurement Engineer
- Sending enquiries and obtaining Quotations as and when required
- Compiles order requests from various sources, ensures compliance with specifications and determines type and quantity of items to order
- Negotiate purchase agreements, rates and payment terms with approved vendors and place orders
- Follow up for the material delivery with the vendors
- Material Optimization of sites with respect to planning
- Co-ordinates with Project Manager/Engineer at site for all the projects for clarifying the discrepancy in the Quantity /Order
- Approval is done online by the Project team with respect to their request, after thorough checking
- Monitors computerized records and reviews records of transactions, stock levels, inventories, and related records
- Submit Monthly requirement of payments required for supplier payment & weekly report to management on the outstanding payments and orders
- Provide clear visibility to management on the stock availability, forecasts, budgets and delivery schedules
- Submit reports on project procurements and cost incurred on completion of every project
- Scrutiny & Approvals to be done for the payments in co – ordination with the HOD
- Produces all required reports required for the Audit team as a part of Audit procedures.
- Implement new or improved supply chain processes
- Build and maintain good relationship with vendors
- Participate in Pre-tender talks
Pay: ﷼5,050.00 - ﷼6,050.00 per month
