The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities within Al Adrak group of
Companies , Saudi Arabia, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective
budgeting, and compliance with local and international financial regulations. This role
requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead a
finance team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
 Develop and manage annual/periodical budgets, forecasts, and financial
plans.
 Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management.
 Support strategic initiatives with financial modelling and analysis.
Accounting & Reporting:
 Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
statements in compliance with Saudi Arabian Financial Reporting Standards
(SAFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
 Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports ( Like VAT , WT ,
CT ect..) to regulatory authorities, including the Saudi Arabian General
Investment Authority (SAGIA) and Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority
(ZATCA).
Compliance & Controls:
 Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure
financial integrity.
 Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labour regulations, and other relevant
legislation.
 Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to facilitate the audit
process.
Cash Flow Management:
 Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for operational needs.
 Optimize working capital through effective management of receivables,
payables, and inventory.
Team Leadership:
 Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and
performance.
 Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the department.
Stakeholder Management:
 Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and
provide financial insights.
 Communicate financial performance and strategic recommendations to senior
leadership.
MUST HAVE:
Experience:
 Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles,
with at least 2 years in a managerial position in KSA.

Pay: ﷼4,500.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
