Partner with the best As Service Delivery Manager, you will manage the company operations for allocated areas in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the primary resource on all issues related to execution of services. This includes cost/budget compliance, well-site execution, resource allocation and management as well as team leadership.
Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with our non-negotiables and cultural pillars
Participating with in local business performance reviews meeting with key accounts
Managing Application Engineers, Service Delivery Coordinators, Sales and Field personnel.
Identifying any gaps in local capabilities and develop improvement plans to ensure compliance with global standards
Fielding incident management process reporting, root cause determination, corrective actions and closure Monitor KPI to evaluate effectiveness
Delivering Service delivery and Financial KPIs for their areas.
Focusing on Customer centricity and customer management.
Handling revenue margins, risks and opportunities
Being responsible for cashflow/billing and collections targets as designated by Product Line Director
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor’s engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university
Have at least 10 years of experience in an operational role within the Oil & Gas industry.
Have 5+ years of Leadership and Management experience
Have excellent leadership, great interpersonal, influencing and planning skill
Have Ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor teams across organizational boundaries
Have to Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization
Have the Understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements
