Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to guide objectives and milestones.
• Manage project resource allocation, budget, and schedules to ensure timelines and efficiency.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation throughout project life cycles.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and inform future initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, specializing in infrastructure delivery
• Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion
• Strong technical expertise in civil engineering and construction methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proven experience managing budgets and resource allocations in similar projects.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure project life cycles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory and compliance standards in infrastructure development.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentorship.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian infrastructure landscape is an advantage
