Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Cruise Ship Terminal projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Develop and maintain effective project plans, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues
• Oversee the procurement process, including contract negotiations and vendor selection
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety guidelines
• Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Lead regular project meetings, facilitating communication and problem-solving
• Manage project finances, tracking expenses and ensuring budget adherence

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in the cruise ship terminal
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience in contract negotiations and vendor management
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
