Responsibilities

• Lead the project control function across multiple high-profile infrastructure projects
• Develop and implement advanced project control methodologies and processes
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules, ensuring adherence to project plans
• Monitor project performance and provide detailed reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and develop effective risk management strategies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project controls team
• Mentor and guide project control staff, enhancing their skills and performance
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in project control for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in managing project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or equivalent
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at different levels
• Demonstrable ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
