• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project control within the civil engineering industry
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Saudi national
