The Sr Comms Executive plays a pivotal role in providing day-to-day support for client projects. This involves crafting materials, such as stakeholder engagement plans, briefing documents, intelligence reports, while also conducting and analyzing research on various client-related matters. Additionally, you will takes charge of coordinating client meetings and events, as well as contributing to client deliverables under the guidance of a Consultant or assigned account manager. Demonstrating proficiency in tactical skills, foundational writing abilities, and effective written and verbal communication, the Account Executive is expected to interact with staff at all levels.

What will be your responsibilities?

Work collaboratively with core team to execute successful PR strategies and initiatives.
Track various media outlets, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media, and blogs, to uncover opportunities for clients.
Perform research and distribute targeted press releases to the media.
Gather and evaluate media coverage, creating detailed clipping reports.
Assist in organizing PR events such as press conferences, exhibitions, open days, and trips for press or influencers.
Help identify speaking opportunities and explore appropriate brand partnership prospects.
Oversee and curate content on social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, engaging with users to strengthen brand visibility.
Prepare regular reports for clients and actively engage in client meetings.
Conduct research for new business proposals and share insights with the leadership team.

Requirements

Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or a related field.

Strong understanding of media channels and the ability to monitor and analyze media coverage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
University graduate
Fluency in English, written and spoken. Arabic beneficial
