We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations in Saudi Arabia with international exposure and experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate decision-making within the organization.
Candidates with experience in Media/Advertising/PR/Media Production only.
What will be your responsibilities?
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
Prepared financial statements, reports and budgets as required.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian tax regulations and assist in the preparation and submission of VAT and WHT returns.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue generation.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manager.
Stay updated on changes in local financial regulations and ensure company compliance.
Prepared and submit financial reports to regulatory authorities as required.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification
Knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting standards and tax regulations
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
