Position Overview:
Al Ghandoura Industrial Group LTD is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company by generating new business and maintaining existing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with other team members to develop sales strategies and improve overall sales performance
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities
Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, if necessary
