Position Overview:
Al Ghandoura Industrial Group LTD is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company by generating new business and maintaining existing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with other team members to develop sales strategies and improve overall sales performance
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, if necessary
