Sales Manager- Jeddah (Western Region) , Saudi Arabia
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably with a strong background in HVAC Mechanical and Energy Saving solutions. This role will focus on managing and growing business in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, with a base in Jeddah. Tasks & Responsibilities:
Open new business opportunities by penetrating mega projects in the Western Region.
Manage accounts with key contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
Hire, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Account Managers.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet quarterly sales quotas.
Maintain and expand client base, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Valid Saudi driving license, own a car, and have a transferable Iqama.
Experience:
At least 8 years of relevant sales experience.
Knowledge of HVAC Mechanical and Energy Saving solutions is preferred.
Experience managing accounts with large contractors and consultants.
