Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective sales strategies
Train and mentor new sales team members
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of market research and sales techniques
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Arabic language skills are a plus
