Sales Co-Ordinator
1. Prepare Quotation,Purchase Order ,Invoice and Delivery Note & Follow up with customer and supplier for Quotation , Purchase order and Payments ,Customer Visit for Payment and Follow up.
2. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales manager are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates.
5. Communicate with customers through E-mail and Telecom for Orders and Delivery .
6. Work with Technical Crew and Follow Schedule assigned by Management .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼2,250.00 per month
Education:

- Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
5. Communicate with customers through E-mail and Telecom for Orders and Delivery .
6. Work with Technical Crew and Follow Schedule assigned by Management .
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Managing budgets for expenses like marketing, purchases and travel.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼2,250.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Sales Co-Ordinator: 3 years (Preferred)
- Fluent in English , Basic Arabic (Preferred)
- Driving License (Preferred)
