Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Jubail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a focus on the construction and design engineering industry. You will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month

You will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales: Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets in the construction and design engineering sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
- Marketing Strategy: Create and implement effective marketing campaigns that align with Petro Raq’s brand and business objectives.
- Product Promotion: Develop promotional materials and presentations that effectively communicate Petro Raq’s value proposition to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing within the construction and design engineering industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction and design engineering processes, products, and market dynamics.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA.
