Sales Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between our sales team and clients, ensuring smooth communication, efficient coordination, and top-notch administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ﷼4,500.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
Education:
Key Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact between the sales team and clients, managing emails, calls, inquiries and follow-up communication promptly.
- Maintain records of sales and client information.
- Track sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Provide support ensuring excellent customer service and relationship management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the fulfillment team and finance, to facilitate seamless operations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledgeable in spreadsheets, word processing and presentations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a support or administrative role, preferably in a B2B environment or any related industry is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
