We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between our sales team and clients, ensuring smooth communication, efficient coordination, and top-notch administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
Main point of contact between the sales team and clients, managing emails, calls, inquiries and follow-up communication promptly.
Maintain records of sales and client information.
Track sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
Provide support ensuring excellent customer service and relationship management.
Collaborate with other departments, such as the fulfillment team and finance, to facilitate seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledgeable in spreadsheets, word processing and presentations is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a support or administrative role, preferably in a B2B environment or any related industry is a plus.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
