Reporting Manager
Join JASARA PMC as a Reporting Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping the data landscape of our projects. In this position, you will lead a team dedicated to crafting insightful reports that drive strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with various stakeholders to interpret data and present it in ways that resonate, making critical information accessible and actionable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation and dissemination of reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and tailor reports to their needs.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to guide project strategies.
- Develop and implement new reporting tools and methodologies to improve reporting efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions for team members and stakeholders on reporting best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations in reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in reporting or data analytics, preferably in project management environments.
- Proficiency in reporting software and tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster teamwork.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
