What you'll do
This role is based 5 days a week in our Riyadh office. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we're in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When you're constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes - and we are doing all these things - we believe we're better as a team in-person. That's why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week. What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Work closely with business leaders to manage expectations and business outcomes
- Implement interview processes, structure panel interviews, build out appropriate exercises, and briefs that assess candidate competencies against CSS job profiles
- Implement talent strategies to identify gaps in hiring needs, understand where to look for talent, creatively source and engage candidates, and ultimately build teams at CSS
- Utilize CSS tool stack to track outreach, organize talent pipeline for maximum efficiency, and leverage data to optimize recruiting tactics/strategy and maximize success
- Own hiring manager relationships
- A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in sales, customer success, customer support, operations or corporate functions.
