In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier technical talent to help drive our mission forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology and software development, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment processes.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for technical roles.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates' technical skills, and determine cultural fit within the organization.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth interview process.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and key stakeholders on recruitment progress and market trends.
Assist in developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract potential talent.
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and technology advancements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in technical recruitment or IT staffing.
Solid understanding of technical roles and skills, including software development and engineering.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
