In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes across various projects. Your expertise will ensure compliance with industry standards and enhance project performance. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of quality practices and possess strong leadership skills to guide the QA/QC team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement quality management systems and procedures to guarantee project compliance with standards
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality control assessments
• Lead the QA/QC team, providing training and mentorship
• Collaborate with project managers to define quality objectives and track progress
• Analyze quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare and present quality reports and documentation to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in QA/QC management within the construction or infrastructure sector
• Thorough knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to lead and develop QA/QC teams effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Professional certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are an advantage
