Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
• Conduct current assessments to identify project needs and areas of improvement.
• Perform stakeholder mapping and ensure clear communication and expectations management across all levels.
• Design and implement new processes to streamline project delivery and improve efficiency.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure project performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Generate detailed reports based on collected data, ensuring clarity and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns or challenges.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Utilize technical project management tools such as MS Project to plan and follow up on program progress.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, with demonstrable experience managing projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Strong technical skills in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Proven ability to develop processes, KPIs, and performance reports.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and client relationship building.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
