Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project controls processes and systems in line with industry best practices
• Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, including schedule, cost, and risk
• Generate reports and provide regular updates on project status to project stakeholders
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure adherence to project controls processes and procedures
• Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to optimize project performance
• Support project change management process, including assessing the impact of changes on schedule, cost, and risk
• Ensure compliance with project controls requirements and contribute to project audits
• Conduct training and provide guidance to project teams on project controls processes and systems

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Controls Specialist or similar role in the civil engineering industry
• Strong understanding of project controls principles, methodologies, and tools
• Experience with project controls software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
