Project Controls Manager
JASARA PMC is actively looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Controls Manager to join our innovative team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the project controls function across multiple projects, ensuring that all aspects of project scheduling, budgeting, and performance management are executed to the highest standards. Your expertise will be vital in developing robust project controls strategies, as well as monitoring and analyzing project data to drive informed decision-making and enhance project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and implement effective project controls processes and methodologies.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget management, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Analyze and report on project performance metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and challenges proactively.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and teams to facilitate effective communication.
- Ensure adherence to project controls best practices and standards.
- Lead and mentor project controls team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in project controls management, with at least 5 years in the Middle East region.
- Deep understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in various project planning and control software tools.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a detail-oriented approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A collaborative mindset with a team-oriented attitude.
- Experience in the civil engineering or infrastructure sector is highly desirable.
