Responsibilities

• Establish and implement project control methodologies, tools, and processes in collaboration with project teams
• Monitor, measure, and report on project performance against established baselines, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and deliver timely project updates
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to manage project risks effectively
• Create comprehensive project control reports for management and stakeholders
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project control staff
• Ensure compliance with project governance and standards throughout project lifecycle

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project control roles within the construction or engineering industry
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proven ability to influence and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management
