Salla is searching for a Product Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in the success of our platform. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective (GTM) go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with various teams, such as product, sales, and customer support, to gather valuable market insights, determine product positioning & messaging, and execute product/feature launches. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of creating and implementing GTM strategies to support sales and influencer users to adopt new features through and improve on engagement and retention. Your analytical skills will come into play as you track and evaluate product market fit, and optimize it to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement on our products.
Write and share launch briefs, positioning guides, messaging documents, one-pagers, and project summaries with all stakeholders.
Define and communicate the value proposition, positioning, and messaging of our products to target audiences.
Work with copywriters, designers, and freelancers to create compelling marketing collateral, including promotional material, landing pages, and guides.
Collaborate with the product team to gather insights, prioritize features, and drive product adoption.
Analyze market trends, competition, and user feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform product development decisions.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a Saas environment.
Demonstrated expertise in effectively launching and marketing products.
Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Salla, is considered advantageous.
Proficiency in productivity applications like Jira, Notion, or Asana.
Proficient in utilizing collaboration and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Slack and Salesforce.
Familiarity with popular marketing automation tools including Marketo, Intercom, and Google Analytics.
Proficiency in networking tools such as Linked In, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Strong ability to track return on investment (ROI).
