The Role Highlights
We are looking for dynamic, student-centered part-time tutors who believe in empowering young minds! If you're committed to helping students unlock their full potential, this role is for you. Your dedication and enthusiasm will play a key role in fostering students' growth in confidence, skills, and knowledge.

We are hiring several part-time tutors to provide on-site academic support and guidance to students in different subject areas (English, Arabic, Math, Daily Agenda, Sciences, Tahsili, and Qudurat) at the following locations in Riyadh:

• Al Dhahrat Al-Laban, Riyadh
• Al Rawda, Riyadh
• Al Aqiq, Riyadh
• Al Nahda, Riyadh
Al Yasmin, Riyadh

Main Responsibilities:

• Be our go-to tutor for in-person tutoring sessions with students in your subject area, conveniently located within or near your district in Riyadh.
• Inspire and empower students by going beyond traditional tutoring methods. Take the time to understand each student’s unique learning style, challenges, and aspirations.
• Offer personalized learning by developing custom lesson plans that address academic weaknesses while building on students' strengths, encouraging them to reach new heights both academically and personally.
• Serve as a mentor and role model, guiding students not only in their studies but also in personal development areas such as study skills, time management, and problem-solving strategies.
• Take full ownership of student progress, regularly assessing and adapting your teaching methods to ensure measurable improvements.
• Go the extra mile by engaging in follow-ups and providing additional resources, support, or time to help students grasp challenging concepts.
• Communicate and collaborate with parents to ensure a holistic approach to the student's growth.

Requirements

• Possession of a university degree in the chosen discipline, providing a strong academic foundation and subject expertise
• A teaching certification is preferred but not required
• The tutor must be residing in Riyadh Region and/or is able to commute to Dhahrat Al-Laban, Al Rawda, Al Aqiq, Al Nahda, and Al Yasmin Districts (Sessions are conducted at students' homes)
• Proficiency in instructing students across all grade levels within your specific subject area
• Prior experience in tutoring or teaching is highly desirable
• Proficiency in English is a must
• Ability to engage and motivate students of various ages and learning levels
• Proficient in using technology to enhance learning
• High level of responsibility, accountability, and dedication to student success
• Creative approach to overcoming learning barriers
• Available for approximately 15-20 hours per week, depending on student needs and scheduling.
