Biban24 is a leading event management company in Riyadh, KSA, specializing in organizing innovative and impactful events that bring together thought leaders, innovators, and enthusiasts from various industries.

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialists to join our team on a part-time basis for 8 days to support our upcoming Biban24 Event in Riyadh, KSA. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the event's technical infrastructure, including the maintenance of the registration system, screens, Wi Fi, LAN, and providing technical support to attendees and staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain and troubleshoot the event's registration system.
• Ensure the functionality of screens and audiovisual equipment.
• Manage and optimize Wi Fi and LAN networks for seamless connectivity.
• Provide technical support to event attendees and staff as needed.
• Collaborate with the event management team to address any IT-related issues promptly.

Requirements
2-5 years of Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced event environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Certification in IT or related field is a plus.
Arabic Speaker.

Schedule:

• 4 hours - Part-time position for 8 days during the Biban24 Event in Riyadh, KSA.
• 24 hours shifts based on event requirements.
