The Role
Job Description - Administer and optimize Oracle databases. - Ensure high availability of database systems. - Perform performance tuning, including setups for Real Application Clusters (RAC). - Manage backup and recovery strategies. - Utilize Data Guard for data protection and disaster recovery. - Monitor and maintain database performance and availability using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
Requirements
Personal Skills - Ability to analyze complex issues and determine effective solutions. - Skill in identifying problems quickly and implementing appropriate solutions. Technical Skills - Expertise in Oracle Database versions 12c and 19c. - Proficiency in Real Application Clusters (RAC) setups. - Experience with Oracle Data Guard. - Knowledge of Automatic Storage Management (ASM). - Proficient in Recovery Manager (RMAN). - Advanced SQL skills for database manipulation and querying. - Performance tuning expertise to optimize database operations.
