Networking Engineer
Experience : 4 – 5 years
- Understanding of Cisco technologies, including: Routing, Switching & Security
- Experience troubleshooting/managing Cisco products including, but not limited to, Cisco Router and Switch Products such as Catalyst and Nexus
- Experience troubleshooting/managing ISIS/BGP/OSPF routing protocols in an enterprise network environment
- Experience on Cisco SDA/SDWAN deployments
- Be the Subject Matter Expert on network routing and switching issues by resolving escalations
- Able to quickly adapt to multiple networking environments and troubleshoot it
- Able to configure equipment, and troubleshoot complex environments is a must including routing and switching, L2 Protocols, L3 Protocols (Spanning Tree, BGP, OSPF and ISIS, etc.)
- Carry out recommended updates to the service lifecycle including patching, point releases and major upgrades.
- Configure Network equipment and execute changes while following standard operating procedures and change/release management policies.
- Monitor specific IT service or set of services for availability and performance and reports anomalies through predefined process.
- Support root cause analysis of Network outages or incident trends
- Provide onsite support for network project implementations, LAN/WAN link connectivity, turn-ups, testing
- Certification : CCIE Enterprise is a plus
