Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and review design documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Manage the performance of MEP subcontractors, ensuring quality control throughout the construction process.
• Evaluate project progress and identify potential risks or issues that may impact the timeline or budget.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to identify and mitigate conflicts during the design and construction phases.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure MEP systems are installed according to design specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project performance and progress to upper management.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP management or a similar role within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of design, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, including budget and schedule management.
• Proficient in project management software and design tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
