Junior Sales and Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
- Marketing Support:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with the design team to create marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Sales Assistance:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels including social media, email, and phone.
- Assist in managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Help prepare sales presentations and proposals.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand market trends.
- Compile and analyze data to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities for review by the management team.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Attend meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing marketing and sales strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related role. Internships or relevant projects are a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
