Technical Sales Manager for the Plastic Additives for the PVC Industry
Position: Technical Sales Manager - Plastic Additives for the PVC Industry
Available Locations:
Pay: ﷼18,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
Available Locations:
- Jeddah (covering Western KSA)
- Riyadh, Dammam, or Al Khobar (covering Central and Eastern KSA)
- UAE (covering UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman)
- Develop and implement a sales plan for the assigned geographical region.
- Maintain strong working relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and identify new sales opportunities.
- Conduct lab and production trials, leveraging in-depth product technical knowledge.
- Prepare clear and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation for executive-level presentations.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following a defined selling process, which includes delivering technical presentations on products.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage forecasts and sales orders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Proficient in English.
- Excellent selling skills with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales of specialty chemicals, preferably within the PVC-consuming industry in the GCC.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
- Proven residency in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, or the UAE.
- Valid driving license for the country of residence.
- Willingness to travel for customer events and production trials.
- Online technical test related to PVC-consuming industries.
- Business case assessment.
- Personal fit and behavioral interview focusing on ethics, teamwork, and passion for sales in technical chemicals.
- Variable income on sales: 5% of gross margin
