Junior Quality Manager
MHP Food Trading is the official distributor of "Qualiko" frozen poultry and convenience food, produced by one of the leading European producers - MHP SE. MHP Food Trading was established in 2016, to capture the UAE market and strengthen its presence in the Middle East.
Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
- Implementing and support of the Safety management system in MHP’s entity in the MENA, elaboration and introduction of the policies and procedures.
- Communication to the clients and Quality MHP UA as for the complaints about products’ quality and safety.
- Investigations in cases of the complaints.
- Accepting and annual audit of the warehouses.
- Communication with the state authorities. Dealing with SFDA and others.
- Organizing and control of the laboratory research in the frames of investigation in case of complaints and other cases.
- Visual assessment of the products in case of client’s or partner’s query.
- Controlling of the disposal process.
- Executing of all procedures for poultry products import from the quality and food safety side.
- Data gathering and research in the quality and food safety areas, regular legislation update.
- Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with colleagues and management.
- Documenting quality assurance activities.
- Making recommendations for improvement in this area.
- Knowledge of Food Safety (international standard BRCGS, IFS, ISO and other)
- 1-3 years in Quality (food), preferably meat products.
- Knowledge of regulations (law) in Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in Arabic, English – at least upper-intermediate
