To lead and to be integral part of MHP CBD journey and thus, play key part in transforming MHP as a culinary company.
Fuel business pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and targeting new customers in all sales channels.
Explore, discuss, present and understand customers need and present an acceptable customized solution as per customer spec. matching with MHP capabilities.
Liaison with sales & marketing and make frequent visits to existing/new customers. Discussing new venues of revenue generation by proposing new solutions and products. Thus, constantly evolving and augmenting customer portfolio with MHP.
Initiate new product launch as per portfolio gap vs. market Participate in new product launch activities, in terms of sampling with customer and collecting feedback.
Roll out new products to relevant customers and create demand for it.
Consistently review market data and perform analysis on changing trends and customers expectations. Communicate it with functions to continuously evolving and upgrading MHP offers.
Observe, communicate and discuss with team, competitors’ activities in channels and lead the process to match MHP offerings.
Spend most of time in market and continuously engage in new leads generation.
Coordinate with sales team to transfer confirm leads and agreed business and volumes to sales team.
In addition, facilitate sales team in communication process for account setup till customer is not fully onboard.
Participate in long term MHP sales strategy. Suggest means and ways to achieve long term vision and plan objectives accordingly.
Manage cordial relationship with customers, making frequent visits ensuring they remain intact with MHP. Continuously taking feedback on products and service and communicate to relevant team.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, independently and cross-functionally
To address customers in terms of quality complaints and resolve matter with MHP team
Periodically analyze sales and cost data of product and engage with relevant department to rectify issues
Participate in sales budget planning
Perform necessary tasks and develop analytical report as may be necessary
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Preferable 5 years of practical experience in a similar position or Sales
Fluency in English
Arabic is a plus
