Responsibilities:
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Interior Design Senior Designer to join our award-winning team based in Al Ula, KSA.
This critical role will work as part of the Construction Supervision team, ensuring that all daily matters related to Interior Design is carried out in line with the project scope by the relevant parties.
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Reviewing contractor submittals including Interior shop drawings, concept design, perspectives, materials, methods statements and technical documentation related to submittals to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Working with all project engineers to ensure that the interior design works are fully coordinated with other aspects.
- Attending meetings with end-user, client, designers, manufacturers, contractors and subcontractors in order to coordinate with all parties
- Preparing interior design reports and progress reports.
- Attending workshop meetings for proper selection of materials, colours and finishes.
- Visiting suppliers’ showroom to ensure submitted items comply with specifications.
- Preparing snag lists and follow up on snags to ensure contractor has taken appropriate action.
- Inspecting interior finishes, materials, furniture, accessories, coordinating with all parties on site.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design along with 15 years or more of post graduate work experience,
