Responsibilities:

Our newest opportunity is for a Senior Project Manager to join our team, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We envisage success in this role to include;

Leading and managing teams consisting of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers and integration of Design Managers and project Controls Specialists, ensuring that an integrated Project Team is operational.
Overseeing all day-to-day Contract matters during the project execution on single or multiple projects. Understands and ensures Client’s Brief and Project Charter are complete. Oversees and negotiates changes to the scope of work and contractors. Responsible for following up on instructions & commitments associated with the project(s).
Taking an active, personal role in the establishment, implementation and management of project Safety Management Systems and Procedures. Responsible for the consistent management of Safety and Quality performance of projects.
Overseeing establishment of Package / Project specific briefs, contracts and procedures. Assisting the Deputy Project Director on matters that cross between interfacing elements or projects.
Establishing the program requirements for all areas of the project(s) and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.
Overseeing the Project Management Teams to develop construction budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of a project. Oversees the Project Management Teams in the Procurement of other Consultants and Contractors.
Monitoring and reporting to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule. Supports or develops recommendations and action plans to resolve issues affecting or likely to affect the successful execution of the works.
Liaising with Design Management and Project Controls personnel for delivery of design, costs, schedules and overall project support. Establishes regular meeting to review package status, formulate action items and follows up on close out.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
