Job Description
This role is responsible for optimizing sales across core and expansion target industries by strengthening customer relations and focusing on continually growing revenue, profitability and market-share. Role will focus on managing existing key customer relationships, bringing new business in industries and regions within the territory that present that largest opportunity for growth, managing distributor relationships, training distributor sales force and customers, building relationships with government and NOC entities, and expanding our local production footprint within the territory. This role is accountable for managing the sales pipeline in the territory to ensure optimization of opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle from proper lead execution to the close of the sale and ongoing management of the account.
Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion within assigned accounts (including QBR and ABR)
Expand account base in assigned territory by successfully moving new opportunities through the sales pipeline
Develop and execute strategic plans for assigned territory and accounts
Collaborate with manager, sales leadership, sales operations, and other key cross functional partners to ensure alignment with overall business strategies and practices
Collaborate with external stakeholders (distributor and accounts) to coordinate sales strategies, prioritize opportunities, and ensure alignment on goals and objectives
Achieve/Exceed sales targets set by management team
Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in a related business field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience selling premium products to industrial accounts. Preferred experience working with multinational organizations. Deep understanding of the territory and the market segments being served in said market. Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, deliver impactful presentations, problem solving, strong negotiations skills, developing relationship with internal and external stakeholders, and continually developing knowledge set on standards, product, and customer base
Strong business acumen including financial aptitude to qualify prospects, develop solutions, build account strategy, and manage account development
Effective communications skills with the ability to leverage written, verbal, and presentation methods to successfully interact with a range of audiences
Ability to navigate customer organizations to identify and fulfill varying requirements of stakeholders
Strong commitment and ability to build and maintain customer relationships by proactively identifying and being responsive to customer needs and resolving customer problems as they arise
Ability to network effectively to bring in new business development and strong motivation to pursue new opportunities
Ability to uncover customer needs, develop solutions that fit, and ultimately negotiate agreements that successfully meet the needs of both the customer and the company
Strong knowledge of market and consumer trend data and insights within targeted industries and assigned territory to identify prospects, potential solutions, and expansion opportunities.
Ability to foster collaboration to achieve shared company goals.
Forecasting stock requirement in collaboration with distributor to optimize our supply chain efficiencies
Ability to network and collaborate with government entities
Strong understanding of Aramco’s organization, and supplier management system
