Industrial Electrical Technician/Marine Electrical Technician
In the industrial electrician role, you will ensure the continued functioning of electrical equipment by its proper installation, maintenance, and repair. You must be able to understand technical documents, such as schematics, that detail job instructions. You must also adhere to the statutory codes that apply to your work. Success in this role will be demonstrated by the continued successful completion of assigned tasks with minimized equipment downtime.Moreover, you will install, maintain, test, troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical equipment and associated electrical and electronic controls .They are employed by maintenance departments of factory.
Key Tasks and Duties
Experience:
Key Tasks and Duties
- Read and Interpret Electrical Drawings, Schematics Diagrams and Blueprints.
- Read.Test and measure component of pneumatic system.
- Read, Test and Measure Electrical Equipment and Components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance using Electrical Industrial Instruments.
- Maintain and Test Electric Motors.
- Read, Identify and Connect Single Phase and Three Phase 220-480 v.
- Identify and Specify Motor Control Circuit Devices.
- Connect and Maintain Motor Control Circuit.
- Troubleshoot Motor Control Circuit ,PLC and VFD .
- Report to maintenance in charge person.
- Apply safety instruction before and during work.
- You have be able to lift 5 kg at least.
Experience:
- Electrical Industrial /Marine Electrical Technician: 3 years (Preferred)
- English (Required)
- Industrial electrician from TESDA or MFI or any equivalent. (Required)
