JASARA PMC is looking for a proactive and experienced HSE Manager to join our team. As an HSE Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental integrity of our projects. You will develop, implement, and oversee HSE policies and procedures that not only comply with local regulations but also reflect our commitment to excellence and sustainability.

Our HSE Manager will ensure that our work environment is safe for employees and stakeholders while fostering a culture that prioritizes health and safety.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HSE strategies and policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address safety hazards.
Lead safety audits and inspections to ensure the highest safety standards are upheld across all projects.
Provide HSE training and resources to employees, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and actionable recommendations.
Prepare regular HSE performance reports for management and strategic review.
Collaborate with project managers to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in HSE management within the construction or civil engineering sectors.
Thorough knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members.
Professional certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
