Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE strategies and policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address safety hazards.
• Lead safety audits and inspections to ensure the highest safety standards are upheld across all projects.
• Provide HSE training and resources to employees, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare regular HSE performance reports for management and strategic review.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in HSE management within the construction or civil engineering sectors.
• Thorough knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members.
• Professional certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
