As a Global Senior Category Manager, you will lead the strategy and performance of multiple product categories across international markets. Key Responsibilities
Global Category Leadership: Develop and lead comprehensive strategies for multiple product categories to drive sales, market share, and profitability across diverse global markets.
Vendor Relations: Oversee vendor management processes, ensuring strong partnerships with key global suppliers and negotiating optimal terms for pricing, delivery, and quality.
Team Management: Lead and mentor global category managers, providing guidance on category performance, vendor negotiations, and market strategies.
Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for category expansion into new international markets, building relationships with new vendors and managing compliance with local regulations.
Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage global market data, sales performance, and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions and category optimization initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance, etc.) to align category strategies with broader business goals.
Category Optimization: Continuously assess and refine the product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies to meet changing customer needs and market dynamics.
