Front Office Agent Receptionist (Saudi Only)
Job Summary: The Front Office Agent/Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and support during their stay. This role includes managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Check-In/Check-Out:
Greet guests warmly and assist with the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Verify guest information and handle room assignments according to hotel policies.
Reservations Management:
Manage room bookings, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
Assist guests with inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
Guest Services:
Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel services.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of guest information, transactions, and billing details.
Prepare daily reports, including occupancy rates and revenue summaries.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Security and Safety:
Monitor and maintain the security of the front desk area and guest information.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
Experience:
Previous experience in a front office or customer service role preferred.
Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is advantageous.
