Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. You will provide excellent customer service, attend to passenger needs, and adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Job Responsibility:
- Greet passengers, assist with boarding, and ensure their comfort during the flight
- Demonstrate safety procedures and protocols to passengers
- Serve meals and beverages, and attend to any special requests from passengers
- Respond to passenger inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the flight
- Collaborate with the cabin crew and pilots to ensure a smooth and safe flight experience
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
