Organize and maintain documents, both physical and electronic.
Ensure proper document filing, labeling, and indexing.
Update and manage document tracking systems.
Assist in the retrieval of documents when requested by staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies for document handling and storage.
Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Provide administrative support as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
