Key Responsibilities: · Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings with healthcare clients · Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and project documentation · Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the consulting team · Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence related to consulting engagements · Manage the administrative aspects of client engagements, including contracts, billing, and scheduling · Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client and project information · Coordinate travel and logistics for team members as needed · Provide general administrative support to the consulting team Requirements: · Previous experience as a medical secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role within a healthcare or consulting setting · Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare industry standards · Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills · Proficiency in MS Office and document management software · Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment · High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in healthcare administration or office management are a plus)
