WSP Middle East are currently looking for a Document Controller to be based in KSA.
Your new role, what's involved?
Document Management: Manage the lifecycle of documents, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving.
Document Control Systems: Utilize document control software and systems to track and manage documents effectively.
Version Control: Maintain accurate version control of documents to ensure that the most up-to-date versions are available to relevant stakeholders.
Indexing and Classification: Develop and implement indexing and classification systems to organize documents for easy retrieval.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that documents adhere to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate document-related activities and facilitate information sharing.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff members on document management procedures and systems.
Auditing and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document management policies and procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the document management function.
Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by management.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Management, or Enginering.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience or internship in document management or related field is a plus.
