JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE PURPOSE:
Experienced document controller to join the cataloguing team for the receipt and process of the spare parts date packages and ensure transmittals

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Consolidate, prepare and checks Cataloging Production Dashboard of all
Cataloging Discipline (Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation).
Management assistant of Cataloging and BOM linkage department. Communicate with stakeholders to acquire missing information
Assist in ensuring optimal relationships with clients and administered all business requirements.
Preparation and submittal of the invoices
Prepare reports on performance, then measuring them against set of indicators
Preparing reports to the client

KEY RESULT AREAS:
Shall be able to maintain tracking of SPDP and invoices

Years of Experience/ Sector:
Minimum 2 Years for Saudi (7 Years for Expat).

Job-Specific Skills:

Experience in SAP system
Experience in MS Office applications
Experience with dealing with clients
Ability to communicate and write in English
Ability to prepare reports
Ability to prepare invoices
